Paul Howe, Ex-Delta Force: Scrambler Drill
Paul Howe was one of the Delta guys involved in the "Blackhawk Down" incident in Somalia. Here's him running a neat pretty simple two man drill. 500 yard run is a bit much for me though, probably just give up after about 100, lol.
