Home and decided to finally to some real steal shooting. Went to a nice range recommended by a friends. Friendly staff and good service! Fired a Glock 17 and Norinco CQ (AR15).



Glock was a little wild, and I pulled it slapping the trigger when I sped up.



The AR15 was much easier, just like I "practiced".



Much better results.



Nice place overall, probably go again if I get the chance.















  

In the realm of stupid buys, this one is probably up there. It's little more than a crappy LCD screen with IR sensors and LEDs. But it's still kinda neat! For $60 it's worth it just to goof around with. Runs on 4 AAA batteries and even comes with a semi useful head strap. One issue I have is that the image on the screen is zoomed in about 1.5-2X, making it a little hard to see properly when I'm moving. Box says it's good for up to 15 meters, but we'll see when I test it at the 24 hour game.

Could not pass up on these beauties. Sadly, not Velcro backed, but easily remedied with a trip to the Daiso and some work.

Still in Canada, but it was nice to see the blog click over 80,000 hits! Shout out to Sopmod for keeping things rolling while I'm out, mostly feeding my fat ass delicious North American food. Did a little gear shopping, got a nice Canadian forces crest shirt, mini flag and some Mechanix gloves. also got some M-Pacts on the way. Still a week more vacation to go, so peace out till then.

A helmet cam footage by Sudachi. You will see our Alpha team, lead by Sopmod, clearing kill house corner by corner. communication and smooth flow are key. I think we have done pretty well. Unfortunately, few of us were taken out by friendly from other side of field.

Gonna miss airsoft while I'm in Canada, but maybe even more I'm gonna miss playing Titanfall. Game is pure crack!!!! To bad my laptop can't handle it. Guess I'll spend time with my family and friends or whatever...

Switching up the red dot on my old M4 with a Comp M2 style one. Had to patch up a lens cover for it I got from a crew member, but nothing a pair of scissors and some spare plastic can’t fix.
